Adoption of local planning policy P350.03

Public Notice 9 April 2019

The City of South Perth Council adopted local planning policy P350.03 - Setback of garages and carports, garage width, design of car parking spaces and vehicle access at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 26 March 2019.

Policy P350.03 provides guidance on how vehicle parking structures including car-stacking equipment are designed.

The new policy can be viewed on the City’s website.
