The City of South Perth invites detailed submissions from suitably qualified café/restaurant operators to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Millers Pool Café Development within the City of South Perth.

EOI closes 2pm, Tuesday 6 November 2018

Briefing: 2pm, Tuesday 9 October 2018. City of South Perth, Civic Centre, cnr South Tce & Sandgate St, South Perth.

A copy of the EOI documentation must be obtained by registering your details via the City’s City’s e-Procurement portal.

Proposals must comprise:

• four (4) complete bound hard copies; and
• one (1) complete electronic copy by either USB thumb drive or CD/DVD disc.

Proposals should be hand delivered during business hours to the Place of Lodgement prior to the Closing Date in a sealed package clearly marked “Millers Pool Café – Expression of Interest”.

Canvassing of any City of South Perth staff or Councillors will disqualify respondents from the EOI process.

Lowest or any EOI not necessarily accepted.
