Notice of Adoption of City of South Perth Standing Orders Amendment Local Law 2018

The City of South Perth Standing Orders Amendment Local Law 2018 will come into effect on 7 September 2018.

The purpose of the local law is to change provisions relating to deputations, clarify amended motions versus alternative motions, and add provisions relating to disruptive or inappropriate behaviour at meetings.

The effect is that the City of South Perth Standing Orders Local Law 2007 is amended.

The local law may be inspected and copies obtained from the City offices at cnr Sandgate St and South Tce, South Perth during normal office hours.
