Local Planning Scheme Amendment Available For Inspection - Complex Amendment

Town Planning Scheme No. 6 – Amendment No. 59

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of South Perth has prepared the abovementioned planning scheme amendment for the purpose of increasing the residential density code from R20 to R60 for the land bounded by Conlon Street, Garvey Street and Manning Road, and Keaney Place, McKay Street, Manning Road and Garvey Street, Waterford. The amendment will also introduce built form and access requirements relating to height, setbacks, building orientation and preferred land uses.

Inspection and Enquiries

Hard copies of the report for Scheme Amendment No. 59 are available to view during business hours at the Civic Centre offices, City's Libraries and website.

Submissions

To view the report online and to make a comment, visit the City’s Your Say South Perth community engagement portal at yoursay.southperth.wa.gov.au.

Submissions on the planning scheme amendment may be lodged in writing and should include the amendment number, the property affected, details of the submission and your email and/or postal address.
