Notice of Adoption of Waste Amendment Local Law 2018
The City of South Perth Waste Amendment Local Law 2018 will come into effect on 25 May 2018.
The purpose is to amend the City of South Perth Waste Local Law 2017 to insert a right of objection and appeal where the local law provides for decisions to grant, renew, vary or cancel an approval, exemption or authorisation.
The effect is that the City of South Perth Waste Local Law 2017 is amended.
The local law may be inspected and copies obtained from the City offices, cnr Sandgate St and South Tce, South Perth during normal office hours.
