Notice of adoption of revised local planning policy P317 Licensed Premises
The City of South Perth Council adopted the above mentioned policy at the Special Council Meeting held on 6 February 2018.
Policy P317 provides guidelines for the assessment of licensed premises including but not limited to a ‘Hotel’, ‘Tavern’, ‘Café/Restaurant’ or ‘Shop’.
The policies can be viewed on the City’s website.
