Notice of approved Town Planning Scheme No. 6 Amendment No. 55

Approved Town Planning Scheme Amendment 
City of South Perth Town Planning Scheme No. 6 Amendment No. 55

It is hereby notified, in accordance with section 87(3) of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of South Perth Town Planning Scheme No.6 Amendment No. 55 on 9 November 2017, for the purpose of amending clause 5.4(10) to read as follows:

“(e) Notwithstanding clause 5.4 (10(b) and clause 5.4 (10(c), awnings, canopies, and balcony balustrades are permitted to extend beyond the three-dimensional building envelopes depicted in Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 provided that no portion of any balcony extends beyond the lot boundaries of Sites J and K.”
