Proposed Waste Amendment Local Law

The City of South Perth invites comments on a proposed Waste Amendment Local Law.

The purpose of the local law is to amend the City’s Waste Local Law 2017 to insert a right of objection and appeal where the local law provides for decisions to grant, renew, vary, or cancel an approval, exemption or authorisation. The effect is that the City of South Perth Waste Local Law 2017 is amended.
