City of South Perth Town Planning Scheme No. 6 Amendment No. 52

It is hereby notified, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of South Perth Town Planning Scheme Amendment No. 52 on 26 May 2017 for the purpose of:

  1. Introducing a minimum building setback of not less than 6.0 metres from the rear boundary of Lots 501 and 502 River Way, Salter Point;
  2. Aligning the Building Height Limits map with the cadastral lot boundaries of the subject lots; and
  3. Amending the Scheme Map, Precinct 13 – Salter Point Building Height Limits accordingly. 

Town Planning Scheme Amendment No. 52 was modified by the Minister to reduce the 10.5 metre setback for Lots 501 and 502, adopted by Council, to 6.0 metres. The approved Scheme Amendment was published in the Government Gazette on Friday 9 June 2017 and is now operative as part of the City’s Town Planning Scheme No.6.
