City of South Perth Competitions and Prizes
Libraries - Win $200 worth of books
2. Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The competition is open to residents in the City of South Perth. Persons under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent/guardian to enter the competition.
5. To qualify to win, participants must complete the relevant survey and provide a full name, email address and contact number.
6. The competition commences on 4 June 2024. The competition will close 31 July 2024. The prize winner will be drawn at the South Perth Library by 6 August 2024.
7. Only one entry per person. Individuals with multiple entries will be in-eligible to win a prize.
8. The winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The City of South Perth Libraries & Good Reading Magazine Competition 2024 prize consists of a book pack valued $200.
10. Prize details may alter at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter will not be liable for any change in the value of the prize between the date the competition opens and the date the prize is claimed.
11. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
12. The prize is subject to availability and all other relevant Terms and Conditions.
13. The prize will be available for collection from the South Perth Library. The Promoter will not be liable for any delivery or travel costs associated with claiming a prize.
14. The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause.
15. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize or entering into this competition. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes.
mySouthPerth Competition
Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. This prize draw is run by the City of South Perth (“Promoter”).
2. Entries and information on the prize and how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Participation in the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The prize draw is open to participants who complete the sign up to mySnapshot using the QR code in Edition 1 of mySouthPerth by 4pm WST, Sunday 11 February 2024.
5. The prize draw commences Monday 4 December 2023 and closes 4pm WST, Sunday 11 February 2024.
6. Completed entries must be received before the closing date to go into the draw. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected surveys.
7. The prize winners will be drawn by a City of South Perth staff member at the South Perth Civic Centre on Monday 12 February 2024.
8. Only one entry permitted per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
9. There will be three winners chosen at random. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize winner will be contacted via the email address supplied to City of South Perth.
11. The mySouthPerth Competition prize draw consists of a $100 vouchers for each of the following businesses:

16. Winner/s that have not collected their prize within 14 days of being notified will forfeit their prize and a subsequent winner will be drawn.
17. The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the prize draw. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize or entering into this competition.
