About the Instructor:

Yoga instructor Bhav Patel

Yoga became a central part of Bhav's life upon moving to Perth from the UK in 2012, marking the beginning of her journey of self-discovery. Inspired by her mother's graceful practice since childhood, she began her own yoga journey during her teenage years in the UK.

Teaching yoga emerged as a calling after years of dedicated practice, supported by her community and affirmed by a Vedic astrology reading.

Embracing the principles of accountability and self-reflection, Bhav continually evolve both personally and professionally, integrating yoga's teachings into life as a mother. Bhav teaches small groups and 1:1 sessions at Yogalab, Mala Yoga and Flow Space.
