Learn about safely riding a bike, scooter, or anything with wheels and looking out for hazards along the way.

Tackling safe riding practices, sharing the path, bike and road safety.

Suitable for children aged 4-9 years.

All children must be accompanied by a parent/carer.

Topics include:

  • Road safety: crossing the road, safe vs risky areas, driveways, train stations
  • Safe riding practices: where to ride, being aware of your surroundings, adult supervision, not leaving others behind
  • Bike safety: inspecting your bike, helmet, and other protective gear
  • Sharing the path: safe riding speeds, keeping left, turning, ringing your bell
