South Perth Library will be participating in the national initiative Get Online Week, running from 14-20 October 2024. 

Get Online Week is a campaign organised by Good Things Foundation aiming to close the digital divide. Being digitally included means having affordable access to the internet and the skills and confidence to use it safely.

Event program:

10.30am - 11.30am - Tame Your Email

Learn strategies to master your email overload once and for all. Join professional organiser Sara Hall in this interactive workshop and learn the key steps in decluttering and organising your emails. You don't need to bring your device with you as you will receive a take-home handout for the session. 

11.30am  - 12.30pm - How to Avoid Email Scams (Click: Be Connected)

Delivered by our libraries' Digital Literacy Officer, learn to navigate the digital world safely. Laptops will be provided. This workshop is part of the libraries' Click: Be Connected program.

Both workshops are free however bookings are essential. Book online.
