The City’s libraries will be participating in the national initiative Get Online Week, running from 14-20 October 2024.
Get Online Week is a campaign organised by Good Things Foundation aiming to close the digital divide. Being digitally included means having affordable access to the internet and the skills and confidence to use it safely.
Tame Your Email
Does your email feel out of control? Overwhelmed by the sheer number, missing important information, appointments and deadlines, wasting time wading through trying to find specific emails.
Learn strategies to master your email overload once and for all. Join professional organiser Sara Hall in this interactive workshop and learn the key steps in decluttering and organising your emails.
You don't need to bring your device with you as you will receive a take-home handout for the session.
Please note - this event has two parts:
10.30am - 11.30am - Join us for the Tame Your Email interactive workshop with Sara Hall. Bookings required.
11.30am - 12.30pm - Learn about how to avoid email scams and the libraries Be Connected digital learning program. Join the City's Digital Literacy Officer for this drop-in style practical session. Laptops will be provided. This part of the session is optional and bookings are not required.
