About Speechie Library Talks
Speechie Library Talks are an initiative of Speech Pathology Australia in collaboration with the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA).
The talks aim to support parents and carers with strengthening their children's language and literacy skills, by providing resources, information and tools to encourage language development.
In these talks you will hear from members of the Speech Pathology Australia Association who will share their knowledge about the role of speech pathologists in language and literacy development for 0-5 year olds, as well as information about what you can do at home to encourage your child's literacy and learning.
This is a child friendly event, children are welcome and will be provided with some paper activities in the back of the space.
