CEO KPIs and Model Standards for CEO Recruitment, Performance and Termination

The City’s Model Standards for the Chief Executive Officer sets standards for CEO Recruitment, Performance and Termination, as a requirement under the Local Government Act 1995 that a local government must prepare and adopt standards to be observed by the local government that incorporate the model standards. 

The Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996 outline these Model Standards for CEO Recruitment, Performance and Termination.
