Declaration - Filling of Extraordinary Vacancy Without Extraordinary Election

Local Government (Elections) Regulations 1997, r.87A 

It is declared that, following the resignation of former Councillor Houweling from the Mill Point Ward, the extraordinary vacancy for the office of Councillor has been filled by election under Schedule 4.1A of the Local Government Act 1995. 

Gavin Denton, as the first unelected candidate, has been elected to the office of Councillor for the City of South Perth for the term ending at the ordinary elections on 20 October 2029. 

It is declared that, following the resignation of former Councillor Raison from the Mill Point Ward, the extraordinary vacancy for the office of Councillor has been filled by election under Schedule 4.1A of the Local Government Act 1995.  

Bronwyn David, as the second unelected candidate, has been elected to the office of Councillor for the City of South Perth for the term ending at the ordinary elections on 16 October 2027.
