Road rehabilitation works - Roseberry Avenue between Jameson Street and Mill Point Road

Road rehabilitation works will soon commence on Roseberry Avenue.  These works will repair the road surface and surrounding infrastructure to prevent further deterioration and ensure they remain in good condition for years to come.

The City will be undertaking the following road works:

Location:  Roseberry Avenue between Jameson Street and Mill Point Road, South Perth (see map below)

Date: Week commencing Monday 9 February 2026

Duration: Approximately five weeks, Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm (weather permitting). Please note the works may not be carried out every day during this period.

 The road works will include:

• Laying asphalt on two occasions (road resurfacing) which will impact access to properties at certain times
• Minor civil infrastructure upgrades to access ramps, drainage and kerbing which may impact reticulation systems

The City makes every effort to minimise the disruption caused by the road works. Local residents will be notified by letter, and updates will also be available on the City’s website.
