Footpath replacement - South Perth Esplanade between Frasers Lane and Queen Street

Footpath replacement works will soon take place on South Perth Esplanade as part of the City’s 2025/26 Slab Replacement Program. These works will be confined to the street verge and will include removing old concrete slabs and constructing a new 1.5m-wide in-situ concrete footpath.

The City will be undertaking the following works:

Location: South Perth Esplanade between Frasers Lane and Queen Street (see map below)

Date: Week commencing Monday 2 February 2025

Duration: Approximately four weeks, Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm (weather permitting). Please note the works may not be carried out every day during this period.

The City makes every effort to minimise the disruption caused by the works. Local residents will be notified by letter, and updates will also be available on the City’s website.
