Changes to Rates Instalment Notices and BPAY Payment References

If you’ve recently received your second Rates Instalment Notice or Final Notice, you might notice a few updates.

As part of a system upgrade, the Assessment Number (previously shown at the top right of the notice) has been replaced with a new Property ID Number. This change helps us efficiently manage property information across the City’s systems.

Your property ID number is your reference number required to pay online. This can be found at the top right of your rates notice as per the example below. 

In addition, BPAY payment references have been updated on the latest notices. Here's where you can find these details on your notice.
