Road rehabilitation works - Lansdowne Road between Canning Highway and First Avenue
Road rehabilitation works will soon be happening on Lansdowne Road in Kensington to prevent further deterioration and ensure they remain in good condition for years to come.
The City will be repairing the road surfaces and surrounding infrastructure on the road section between Canning Highway and First Avenue.
Date: Week commencing Monday 7 July 2025
Duration: Approximately three days, weather permitting, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm. Please note the works may not be carried out every day during this period.
The road works will include laying asphalt on one occasion (road resurfacing) which will impact access to properties at certain times.
The City makes every effort to reduce the disruption caused by the works. Local residents will be informed about the works via letter.
