Footpath Replacement - Hensman and Waverley Streets
Footpath replacement works on Hensman and Waverley Streets will soon commence as part of the City’s 2024/25 Slab Replacement Program. These works will be confined to the street verge and will include replacing old concrete slabs and constructing a new 1.5m wide in situ concrete footpath.
The City will be undertaking the works as follows:
Location: Hensman Street between Coode Street and Sandgate Street and Waverley Street between Hensman Street and Carr Street, South Perth (see map below)
Date: Week commencing Monday, 17 March 2025
Duration: Approximately three (3) weeks, weather permitting, Monday to Friday between the hours of
7:00am to 5:00pm. Please note the works may not be carried out every day during this period.
The City makes every effort to reduce the disruption caused by the road works. Local residents will be informed about the works via a letter.
