Proposed Disposition of Property

In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of South Perth advises it is considering a proposal to enter into a lease with Clublinks Management Pty Ltd on the following key terms:

Term:Twenty one (21) years.

Lease Area: Portion on Lot 3858 on Deposited Plan 218457 and portion of Lot 500 on Deposited Plan 416118, Hayman Road, Como.

Rent: $212,223 p.a. excluding GST excluding outgoings.

Market Valuation: $178,000 p.a. excluding GST excluding outgoings.

Permitted Use:

  • Golf course operations;
  • Golf pro shop;
  • Café and clubhouse;
  • Any other purpose from time to time agreed by the Parties; and
  • Any uses reasonably ancillary to the above uses and purposes and permissible under the Planning Scheme and the Reserve Purpose.

The lease agreement is accompanied by a Golf Course Controller Agreement which provides for agreed commissions paid back to the City based on golf course revenue.

Submissions on the proposed disposition may be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, City of South Perth, Cnr Sandgate St and South Tce, South Perth WA 6151, or submitted electronically to enquiries@southperth.wa.gov.au, no later than 4pm on Friday 14th March 2025.
