The Civic Centre reception may be closed intermittently throughout the day as the customer service team is understaffed.

If you have a scheduled appointment, please contact the officer upon arrival at the door.   

Did you know that you can raise a request online? You can also make a number of payments on our website. Invoices such as infringements and cat/dog registration renewals can be paid online, by visiting the Make a Payment page.
