Have your say on draft Scheme Amendment to Local Planning Scheme
The City of South Perth is seeking feedback on Scheme Amendment No. 1 to Local Planning Scheme No. 7.
The amendment updates text to introduce new and revised land use classes and general definitions to facilitate State Government reforms for short-term rental accommodation.
Council resolved at its Tuesday 22 October Ordinary Council Meeting to advertise Amendment No. 1 for a 42-day period.
Residents are invited to read the draft Scheme Amendment and complete an online feedback form, both found on the City’s Your Say South Perth page.
Feedback closes at 4pm, Friday 7 February 2025.
