Road rehabilitation works on Conlon Street in Waterford
Road rehabilitation works to repair road surfaces and surrounding infrastructure on Conlon Street will prevent further deterioration and ensure they remain in good condition for years to come.
The City will be undertaking road works as follows:
Location: Conlon Street between Manning Road and Garvey Street, Waterford
Date: Week commencing Monday 6 January 2025
Duration: Approximately four weeks, weather permitting, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Please note the works may not be carried out every day during this period.
The road works will include:
- Laying asphalt on three occasions (road resurfacing) which will impact access to properties at certain times
- Minor civil infrastructure upgrades to access ramps, drainage and kerbing which may impact reticulation systems
The City makes every effort to reduce the disruption caused by the road works. Local residents have been informed about the works via letter.
