Construction to begin on a new Como footpath
The City of South Perth will begin construction on a new concrete footpath along Greenock Avenue in Como on 21 October, 2024.
Works on the footpath between Mary Street and Melville Parade will take about three weeks to complete, weather permitting.
The footpath will be 260 metres in length, 1.5 metres wide and include four access ramps.
Construction will take place Mondays to Fridays between 7am and 5pm but may not occur every day during the three-week period.
The city makes every effort to reduce the disruption caused by road works. Local residents have been informed about the works via letter.
