Road rehabilitation to begin 14 October at Hayman Road in Kensington
Road rehabilitation works on Hayman Road and the intersection of South Terrace, Douglas Avenue and George Street in Kensington will commence on Monday 14 October 2024.
Road surfaces and surrounding infrastructure will be repaired to ensure they remain in good condition for years to come. The works are expected to take three weeks to be completed and will occur between 7pm and 5.30am, Monday to Friday, weather permitting.
The laying of asphalt on four occasions will impact access to properties at certain times and minor civil infrastructure upgrades to access ramps, drainage and kerbing may impact reticulation systems.
The City of South Perth makes every effort to reduce the disruption caused by the works. Local residents have been informed about the works via letter.
