To gain a deeper understanding of your experiences and expectations when interacting with the City of South Perth, we recently conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey.

We recognise that our residents utilise a wide range of communication channels to reach out to us. Whether it's a phone call, an email, a message on social media or a face-to-face interaction, we want to ensure that you have convenient and accessible ways to connect with us.
Responsive and effective resolution
One of the standout findings from the survey is the positive feedback we received regarding our response and issue resolution processes. A significant number of respondents rated our responses as 'good' or 'excellent.' This underscores our dedication to addressing your concerns promptly and efficiently.
Continuous improvement
While we're delighted with the positive feedback, we also acknowledge that there's always room for improvement.
