Civic Centre reception closed from 12pm on Friday 15 December

The Civic Centre reception will be closed from 12pm-4.30pm on Friday 15 December 2023 while employees attend a team event. Please make arrangements to visit outside of this time.   

If you have a scheduled appointment, please contact the officer upon arrival at the door.     

Did you know that you can make a number of payments online?  Invoices such as infringements and cat/dog registration renewals can be paid online, by visiting the Make a Payment page. 

All calls received after 12pm will be referred to our after hours phone service. All calls received after hours are either actioned immediately in the case of an emergency or referred back to us the next working day for follow up. The after hours service is available on 9474 0777, seven days a week.

Normal opening hours will resume on Monday 18 December 2023.
