Meet Duncan – master framer, wine aficionado and fan of the ‘Christmas classic’.

Duncan Brown knows a thing or seven about running a small business. White Frame has been a go-to for Perth locals for bespoke picture framing, printing, mirrors and art works for 65 years, with 16 of those years spent in the South Perth area.

Christmas at White Frame means lots of orders, and when we meet Duncan, he is busy framing family pictures, footy memorabilia, and stunning artworks. You name it, White Frame can frame it.

Duncan told us that the White Frame team start preparing for the Christmas rush early.

“Christmas for us starts in October and by the end of November it is very, very busy. This means that come Christmas Day I am ready for great food, paired with excellent wine, and time spent with family and friends.”

For Duncan, you can't go past a Christmas classic song-wise, so Bing Crosby’s “White Christmas” gets a thorough workout at his place. As the longest running picture framers in Perth, it is safe to say that White Frame is a local classic and we don’t know what we’d do for framing if they ever left us.
