Corporate Business Plan 2023/24 – 2026/27 endorsed

At the 27 June 2023 Ordinary Council meeting, the City’s Corporate Business Plan 2023/24-2026/27 was adopted.

The Corporate Business Plan translates the aspirations and strategies of the Strategic Community Plan (SCP) into operational priorities over a four-year period. The Corporate Business Plan is updated annually and includes information on the following areas:

• Services & Sub-Services: A listing of the 101 services and sub-services provided by each Business Unit that are aligned to SCP strategies.
  
• Projects: A listing of the 105 projects planned over the four-year period and aligned to the outcomes in the SCP.
• Measures of Success: A breakdown of the 69 measures of success, otherwise known as Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), that will be used to measure progress of services provided to the community including link to the outcomes in the SCP.

The progress of the Corporate Business Plan is reported on a quarterly basis to Council through the Audit, Risk and Governance Committee. To find out more download the plan, please visit the Integrated Planning and Reporting page.
