Abandoned shopping trolleys

If you spot an abandoned shopping trolley don’t let it go unreported.

Abandoned shopping trolleys often obstruct the road or footpath and have the potential to cause damage to property.

We encourage you to report all trolley sightings. Trolleys from Woolworths, Big W, Dan Murphy’s or IGA can be reported to Trolley Tracker; or through the Trolley Tracker App, available from Google Play and the App Store; or by calling 1800 641 497.

Trolleys from Coles, Kmart, Bunnings, Officeworks, Target or 1st Choice Liquor can be reported to Coles; or through the Coles App, available from Google Play and the App Store: or by calling 1800 876 553.

If the store responsible for the trolley isn’t in the above list or a report has been lodged and the trolley hasn’t been collected after three days, please contact the City’s Ranger Services teamon 9474 0777.
