Angelo Street bus shelter relocation

A bus stop on Angelo Street will be relocated back to its original position, now that the Coles development is complete.

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) will carry out maintenance work on bus stop No. 11895 from Monday 3 April to Thursday 13 April 2023.

Work will be carried out between 9am and 3pm and, to ensure public safety, the westbound lane between Anstey Street and Strickland Street will be temporarily closed.

The eastbound lane will remain open under a stop/slow arrangement, allowing vehicles to move through the area.

There will also be some verge works between 7am and 5pm, however these works will not affect traffic flow.

Local businesses have been notified and there is information about the works at the bus stop. PTA’s contractor carrying out the works is Downsing Group, which can be contacted on 9353 1820.
