The City's Civic Centre will be closing at 4.30pm, Wednesday 6 July due to significant illness affecting our Customer Service team.

This may delay response times to phone, email and face-to-face contact today and we appreciate your patience and support. If you have a scheduled appointment, please contact the officer on arrival.

Payments such as rates, infringements and pet registration renewals can be made by visiting our Make a Payment page or you can visit our Make a Request page for a range of other online services.
