Proof of vaccination at City facilities

The State Government has expanded proof of COVID-19 vaccination requirements. From Monday, 31 January 2022, everyone aged 16 and older (unless exempt) must show proof of vaccination to enter certain venues, including some areas and some activities within the following City facilities (as prescribed in the state government directions):

  • George Burnett Leisure Centre

  • Collier Park Village

  • South Perth and Manning Senior Citizens Centres

  • Collier Park Golf Course (all areas)

  • Other community facilities and halls including South Perth Community Hall, Manning Community Hall, John McGrath Pavilion and Hall,  Collins Street Centre, and Moresby Street Hall etc.

Proof of vaccination is required when entering indoor sports courts (except for organised community sport), fitness rooms, or any indoor space that is open to the public and being used for entertainment. 

Music events of more than 500 people held at outdoor venues such as Sir James Mitchell Park or George Burnett Park also require proof of vaccination.

Masks are still required for visitors to indoor City venues and outdoors when physical distancing is not possible. Please check in using the SafeWA/ServiceWA app or the hard copy register.
