Expressions of Interest invited for summer use of Manning Sporting Club

The City is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible organisations to secure ‘summer’ seasonal use of the Manning Sporting Club located on Lot 501, 1 Bradshaw Crescent, Manning. The club comprises a clubroom, changerooms, storerooms and canteen. 

The land is owned by the City and set aside for parks and recreational purposes. The Club is currently tenanted for ‘winter’ seasonal use between April and September each year by a football club, so is available for other use during the ‘summer’ season between October and March each year for a timeframe to be negotiated.

Eligible Organisations may include (but not be limited to): 

• Not-for-Profit Incorporated Organisations
• Community Organisations
• Sporting Groups (e.g. summer season sporting club or otherwise)
• Commercial Organisations

The EOI process does not exclude other submissions from being received and assessed during the year.

A scoring system will be used as part of the assessment of the qualitative criteria.  It is essential that respondents address each qualitative criterion.
