Revised Advertising of Planning Proposals Policy adopted

At the 23 March 2021 Meeting, Council adopted revised Policy P301 Advertising of Planning Proposals.

This policy guides the advertising of planning proposals including the length of advertising, and the method and manner that each planning proposal is advertised.

The revised policy aims to ensure that affected landowners and residents, state agencies, and local community groups are provided with the opportunity to provide feedback.

The policy has effect from the time of this notice.
