Adoption of revised local planning policy P303 - Design Review Panel
The City of South Perth Council adopted a revised local planning policy P303 - Design Review Panel at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 17 December 2019.
Policy P303 provides guidelines for the selection and appointment of members to the City’s Design Review Panel, and its operation. The revisions will align the policy with best practice for design review, as described in the ‘Design Review Guide’ prepared by the Western Australian Planning Commission.
