Road Rehabilitation Works – Mill Point Rd – Swanview Tce to Way Rd

In accordance with the 2018/19 Capital Works Program, the City of South Perth will be undertaking road rehabilitation work at the following location:

• Mill Point Rd between Swanview Tce and Way Rd
  Week commencing 25 February 2019 for approximately one week.

The majority of the work will be completed during the day, however to avoid major disruption of high volume daytime traffic, night works are scheduled for 27 February and 28 February between the hours of 7pm to 7am.

Work activities and noise management 
Activities taking place at night include:
• Milling of the existing road surface
• Resurfacing with new asphalt
• Traffic Management

Equipment and vehicle movements may create noise. To minimise disturbance to the community an out-of-hours Noise Management Plan has been prepared by the Head Contractor, Asphaltech, and approved by the City of South Perth.

Traffic management 
For the safety of road users and personnel, temporary lane closures and detours will be implemented to facilitate the works. Please follow all signage and take care when driving in the area.
