Notice of approved Town Planning Scheme No. 6 Amendment No. 56

Approved Local Planning Scheme Amendment 

Town Planning Scheme No. 6 – Amendment No. 56 

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with Section 87(3) of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved Amendment No. 56 to the City of South Perth Town Planning Scheme No. 56 on 9 January 2019. 

The amendment relates to the triangular street block bounded by Mill Point Road, Labouchere Road and Mends Street referred to in the amendment as the ‘Civic Site’. The amendment provides development provisions specific to the Civic Site which seek to facilitate redevelopment of the site.
