Update on draft South Perth Activity Centre Plan

The Council is progressing the South Perth Activity Centre Plan and it is anticipated that the draft plan and associated scheme amendment will be resubmitted to Council for their consideration in March 2019.

Once endorsed by Council for public advertising, the draft ACP will be presented to the community and stakeholders.

This will give all community members and other stakeholders the opportunity to provide their feedback and help to shape the South Perth Activity Centre Plan.

The City will notify the community and other stakeholders when the consultation opens via our website, eNewsletter and Your Say South Perth engagement website.

Following consultation, the City will further review the draft ACP before it is presented to Council for final endorsement and submitted to the Western Australian Planning Commission for approval.
