Approved Town Planning Scheme Amendment
City of South Perth Town Planning Scheme No. 6 Amendment No. 58
It is hereby notified, in accordance with section 87(3) of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of South Perth Planning Scheme Amendment No. 58 on 1 June 2018.
The purpose of the amendment is to modify the definitions of ‘Tavern’, ‘Hotel’ and ‘Shop’ to align with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 Schedule 2 Deemed Provisions, and the definition of ‘Liquor Store (Large)’.
