News Update 15 November 2017
CWSP

The City is developing a masterplan for the Clontarf - Waterford - Salter Point (CWSP) Foreshore. The masterplan will be the City’s strategic guiding document for recreation, restoration and rehabilitation works on the CWSP Foreshore that addresses current and future management issues.

Consultation for stage one of the masterplanning process has now commenced. At the end of stage one, a concept plan will be developed as the foundation for the masterplan.

The City would like to hear from CWSP Foreshore users, visitors and neighbouring residents.

Complete the City's online survey by 4pm, Monday 4 December 2017 or drop in to our community open day between 10am-3pm on 25 November 2017 at Manning Community Hall, 2 Conochie Crescent, Manning.

The open day will bring together community members and City representatives for an open exchange of knowledge and ideas about the area and to share the vision on current foreshore management and short, medium and longer-term landscaping possibilities.

Share your thoughts and speak to our project team about planning for the future of the foreshore. The open day is one of a several ways the City is engaging the community towards developing a masterplan that provides a fair and robust framework for future planning decisions.
