Out for Comment - Cats Amendment Local Law
The City of South Perth invites comments on a proposed Cats Amendment Local Law.
It is proposed to make a Cats Amendment Local Law.
The purpose of the Local Law is to correct an incorrect reference in clause 3.2 of the City of South Perth Cats Local Law 2016.
Clause 3.2 will be removed and replaced with the following:
- 3.2 Objection
The form of an objection under clause 2.10 is Form 8 in Schedule 1 of the Cat Regulations 2012.
The effect is that the reference is corrected.
Feedback closes at 4pm, 24 October 2017.
