Approved works within the South Perth Station Precinct for the week commencing 10 July 2017:

77-79 South Perth Esplanade Construction on site with truck access from South Perth Esplanade. Verge and footpath closed on South Perth Esplanade with detours in place. Echelon/Giorgiou 17-23 July 7am-5pm
96 Mill Point Road General truck movements for delivery of materials. Footpath closed on Mill Point Road from Labouchere Road to Harper Terrace.

21-23 Mends Street (Harper Terrace)

Delivery and removal of construction material impacting on Harper Terrace. Internal concrete pours.

 Millstream Arcade/Pindan 17-23 July 7am-5pm
1 Stone Street Construction works on site with pedestrian detours and parking area closures on Scott Street and Stone Street. Danmar Developments 17-23 July 7am-5pm
  Service works      
Mill Point Road (Onslow Street to Darley Street)

Water main upgrade works. Various traffic management measures will be in place for pedestrians and vehicles on this section of Mill Point Road.

Water main upgrade works. Night works with road closures and detours in place at Mill Point Road/Mends Street intersection.

Labouchere Road (Riverview Street – Lyall Street)  Water main upgrade works. Lane closure northbound from Angelo St - Lyall Street in place 24 hours a day until completion of works. Pedestrian management and detours in place.  Water Corporation Contractors  17 July -12 August  7am-5pm 
  Short term low impact works       
34 Mill Point Road (north)  Parking lane closure southbound to facilitate construction works.  City of South Perth  17-18 July  9am-3pm 
Mends Street / South Perth Esplanade intersection  Lane closure with traffic control.  City of South Perth  17-18 July  9am-3pm 
Labouchere Road (southbound) - Hardy St - Charles St  Lane closure and footpath closure with detour for pedestrians to facilitate construction works.  City of South Perth  17-18 July  9am-3pm
