Approved works within the South Perth Station Precinct for the week commencing 10 July 2017:

Closure of Scott Street and traffic control on Melville Parade to facilitate major deliveries.

77-79 South Perth Esplanade Piling and construction operations on site with truck access from South Perth Esplanade under traffic control. Verge and footpath closed on South Perth Esplanade with detours in place. Echelon/Giorgiou 10-16 July 7am-5pm
96 Mill Point Road General truck movements for delivery of materials. Footpath closed on Mill Point Road from Labouchere Road to Harper Terrace for 5-7 weeks.
 Aurelia / Hanssen  10-16 July 7am-5pm
21-23 Mends Street (Harper Terrace)

Piling works, steel deliveries and removal of excavated material off site impacting Harper Terrace.

 Millstream Arcade/Pindan 10-16 July 7am-5pm
1 Stone Street Internal works on site with pedestrian detours and parking area closures for deliveries on Scott Street and Stone Street. Danmar Developments 10-16 July 7am-5pm
Mill Point Road (Onslow Street to Darley Street)

Water main upgrade works. One traffic lane each direction (10am-8pm) for drilling works. Lane closure westbound (9am-3pm) with footpath closure and detour for connection works.

Mill Point Road (Darley Street to Harper Terrace) and Mends Street

Water main upgrade works. Night works with road closures and detours in place at Mill Point Road/Mends Street intersection (two nights only).
