July school holiday activities

The City has a full programme of events and activities to keep the kids busy during the July school holidays.

George Burnett Leisure Centre

The City's George Burnett Leisure Centre July school holiday program is open for registrations and encourages children to have healthy, active lifestyles whilst learning new skills.

Three sports will be played each day and these include soccer, basketball, t-ball, tennis, netball and tabloid sports. With activities for children of all ages up to 10 years of age, participants and their parents will be sure to enjoy this fully supervised fun filled program.

A fruit platter is provided for morning tea. Bookings are essential as places are limited.

Basketball Clinics
A basketball focused clinic where children will be taught dribbling, passing, shooting, game play and team skills.
$20 for 1 day (3 hours each day)
5-8 Years - 9am-12pm, Friday 7 July 2017 
9-12 Years - 9am-12pm, Friday 14 July 2017

School Holiday Sports Clinics
Soccer, T-Ball, Cricket, Basketball, AFL and Tabloid Games
$40 for 2 days (3 hours each day)
5-7 Years - 9am-12pm, Tuesday 4 & Wednesday 5 July 2017
8-10 Years - 9am-12pm, Tuesday 11 & Wednesday 12 July 2017

Enrolment closes for Basketball and Sports Clinics close 12pm, Friday 30 June 2017 or until classes are booked out. Contact the George Burnett Leisure Centre on 9474 0855 or email leisurecentre@southperth.wa.gov.au for more information or to register your child.
