Town Planning Scheme No. 6 Amendment No. 55

The City invites comment on the above standard amendment for the purpose of making a minor change to clause 5.4(10) of the Scheme, relating to two commercial sites at the Manning Community Centre.

The purpose of the amendment is to allow balcony balustrades and canopies to extend beyond the defined three-dimensional building envelope for each site, in addition to awnings which are already permitted.
