Residents are advised to be aware of a road closure on Douglas Avenue in South Perth between Market Street and Vista Street.

The closure is due to an electrical poll fire in the area.

Western Power are attending the scene to isolate the power and the Department of Fire and Emergency Services are also on site to control the fire.

The City's rangers are assisting with the efforts.
