The following works are scheduled for July, August and September 2016:

Road Works and Pavement Rehabilitation

Challenger Avenue – Manning Road to Henning Crescent

Henning Crescent – Challenger Avenue to Marsh Avenue

Welwyn Avenue – Griffin Crescent to Manning

Road Works include some or all of the following:

Resurfacing with stone mastic asphalt,replacement of street kerbing on same alignment, replacement/installation of stormwater drainage structures and replacement signage and road markings.

Traffic Management

Hope Avenue / Mount Henry Road Intersection – installation of roundabout

Hayman Road / Thelma Street – installation of a roundabout with preliminary earthworks in readiness for service alternations in the months to September, with major kerbing and asphalt resurfacing works involving road closures scheduled for December 2016 and January 2017.
